1. Due to the high surface temperature of the working devices and pipes of the asphalt distributor, please wear work clothes, gloves and protective caps before working to avoid scalding.

　　2、新車初次使用只允許加入額定容量60%的瀝青。

　　2. Only 60% of the rated capacity of asphalt is allowed to be added into the new vehicle for the first time.

　　3、加入高溫熱瀝青前，必須將罐體內(nèi)的水清理干凈，否則高溫熱瀝青遇冷水會急劇腔脹而噴射出來，將發(fā)生危險。

　　3. Before adding high-temperature hot asphalt, the water in the tank must be cleaned up, otherwise the high-temperature hot asphalt will expand rapidly in cold water and spray out, which will cause danger.

　　4、使用乳化瀝青后轉(zhuǎn)換為使用高溫熱瀝青，必須將罐體內(nèi)的乳化瀝青全部清理干凈，否則將發(fā)生危險。

　　4. When the emulsified asphalt is converted to high-temperature hot asphalt, all emulsified asphalt in the tank must be cleaned up, otherwise it will be dangerous.

　　5、運輸和噴灑過程中，瀝青灑布車后工作平臺禁止站人。

　　6. After adding high-temperature hot asphalt, non operators must stay away from asphalt distributor for more than 5 meters for safety.

　　7、為了取得比較滿意的噴灑質(zhì)量，加入的瀝青必須達到：普通重交道路熱瀝青在160℃以上；SBS、SBR改性熱瀝青在185℃以上；SBS、SBR改性乳化瀝青在65-85℃之間。

　　7. In order to obtain satisfactory spraying quality, the asphalt added must be above 160 ℃ for ordinary heavy traffic road, 185 ℃ for SBS and SBR modified hot asphalt, and 65-85 ℃ for SBS and SBR modified emulsified asphalt.

　　8、導(dǎo)熱油允許使用溫度≤250℃。

　　8. The allowable temperature of heat transfer oil is ≤ 250 ℃.

　　9、在使用乳化瀝青時，大貯存罐底部沉淀物禁止加入瀝青灑布車，否則無法使用。

　　9. When emulsified asphalt is used, the sediment at the bottom of large storage tank shall not be added to asphalt distributor, otherwise it can not be used.

　　10、瀝青泵粘住時，不得強行起動，必須加溫松動后才可工作。

　　10. When the asphalt pump is stuck, it is not allowed to start by force. It can only work after heating and loosening.

　　11、準備在使用高溫熱瀝青后轉(zhuǎn)換為使用乳化瀝青，必須將瀝青泵、管道、罐體內(nèi)的剩余瀝青全部清理干凈，否則無法使用。

　　11. When preparing to use emulsified asphalt after using high temperature hot asphalt, the remaining asphalt in asphalt pump, pipeline and tank must be cleaned up, otherwise it can not be used.

　　12、取力器掛檔時，必須分離汽車離合器。否則取力器或汽車變速器將損壞。

　　12. When the power take-off is in gear, the car clutch must be disengaged. Otherwise, the power take-off or vehicle transmission will be damaged.

　　13、運輸時減速器掛高檔，噴灑時掛低檔。必須在車輛低速或停止時，分離汽車離合器后才能換檔。

　　13. When transporting, the reducer should be in high gear, while spraying it should be in low gear. When the vehicle is at low speed or stopped, the clutch of the vehicle can be released before shifting.

　　14、灑布車在運輸過程中，必須脫開取力器，關(guān)閉控制器，關(guān)閉進出閥門，導(dǎo)熱油泵必須停轉(zhuǎn)，禁止在行駛中使用燃燒器。

　　14. In the process of transportation, the power take-off must be disconnected, the controller must be closed, the inlet and outlet valves must be closed, and the heat transfer oil pump must be stopped. It is absolutely forbidden to use the burner in the running.

　　15、灑布車在運輸過程中，必須關(guān)閉工作系統(tǒng)氣源總開關(guān)。

　　15. During transportation, the main air source switch of the working system must be turned off.

　　16、每車噴灑結(jié)束后，一定要清洗瀝青泵和管道。

　　16. After spraying, the asphalt pump and pipeline must be cleaned.

　　17、每天工作結(jié)束后，一定要將罐體內(nèi)剩余瀝青放盡。

　　17. At the end of every day, the remaining asphalt in the tank must be discharged completely.

　　18、新車行駛2500KM以內(nèi)必須到汽車底盤特約維修站做“走保”，否則汽車底盤生產(chǎn)廠家將不予三包。

　　18. If a new car runs within 2500km, it must go to the special maintenance station of automobile chassis for "walking maintenance", otherwise, the manufacturer of automobile chassis will not grant three guarantees.

　　19、由于汽車法規(guī)不斷更新，我公司建議客戶在購買新車一個月內(nèi)申領(lǐng)完機動車牌證。

　　19. As the national automobile laws and regulations are constantly updated, our company suggests that customers apply for motor vehicle license within one month after purchasing new cars.
